Capital of the Costa del Sol

Modern yet historic, Málaga is a lively city famous for being the birthplace of Pablo Picasso.
Get out of town with these interesting Malaga side-trips: Ronda (Bodega Garcia Hidalgo, Puente Nuevo, &more), Granada (Alhambra, Mirador de San Nicolas, &more) and Nerja (Fundación Cueva de Nerja, Playa de la Cala el Canuelo, &more). There's still lots to do: get engrossed in the history at Alcazaba, don't miss a visit to Castillo del Aguila, walk around Parque De La Paloma, and explore the world behind art at Museo Picasso Malaga.
