Situated on the Nile riverfront, the city of Giza remains best known for its pyramid complex.
Step off the beaten path and head to Hanging Church (El Muallaqa, Sitt Mariam, St Mary) and The Coptic Museum. Visiting Horseback Riding Tours and Nile River will get you outdoors. The adventure continues: pause for some photo ops at Great Sphinx, explore the ancient world of Giza Plateau, and take in the spiritual surroundings of Greek Orthodox Church of St. George (Mari Girgis).
