As the country's biggest port and one of the busiest in all of Europe, Hamburg has a well-deserved reputation as Germany's Gateway to the World.
Kick off your visit on the 10th (Mon): ponder the world of politics at Townhall, hunt for treasures at Fish Auction Hall and Market, and then explore the galleries of Miniatur Wunderland. On your second day here, wander the streets of Reeperbahn, appreciate the extensive heritage of Speicherstadt, and then appreciate the extensive heritage of Alter Elbtunnel.
