Visit the historic and current center of Dutch political life at Binnenhof & Ridderzaal (Inner Court & Hall of the Knights). • I really liked it here. It’s huge, very well looked after. A quiet, old spot with a lot of history in the middle of a busy and modern City.  more »
  • Visited a long time ago with my high school class. Was interesting to see how it all works and looks like inside.  more »

  • Beautiful center of parliament! The fountain is fabulous. There is a lot of architecture to admire here, but there is not much more to do. It is nice to see a rather strong sense of security here to protect the area. Take a walk through here and enjoy the structures. Nice way to warm up to Mauritshuis, since it is right next door.
  • Government buildings are normally quite foreboding but the Binnenhof & Ridderzaal in The Hague prove this wrong. An impressive array of buildings around a large courtyard with a fountain alongside softens the look and is interesting. Its location right next to the Mauritshaus makes it convenient for a visit. As the center of Government of the Netherlands it is surprising how easy it is to visit. Be sure to go into the courtyard to see the historic buildings and the pretty fountain.
