Situated near Lough Inchiquin, it consists of five megaliths. The largest stone is ten feet (3 m) high and the circle is eight feet (2.4 m) in diameter. There are two brilliant quartz stones at the south, as well as one off center within the ring.

Sehr zu empfehlender Ort. Wir besuchten ihn in der Abendsonne und genossen viel Zeit zu zweit. Vom Steinkreis ist ein großer Wasserfall zu sehen und der Blick durch das Tal ist Atemberaubend. more »Highly recommended place. We visited him in the evening sun and enjoyed a lot of time for two. From the stone circle you can see a large waterfall and the view through the valley is breathtaking.

It's hike to get here and well worth it... you really can feel the spirits of the Celtic ancestors... and the views around tje area are quite lovely!
