Porém, isso não foi nenhum problema, bem pelo contrário, ressaltou as belezas das decorações natalinas e... more »We arrived in Galway when it was already dark - as I went in the fall, it darkens early, around 4:30 p.m. However, this was no problem, quite the contrary, stressed the beauties of Christmas decorations scattered everywhere. I didn't get into any trade, though, I could see that there were many shops with local clothing and decoration, which were very cute! :) It is worth going at this time of year, because the charm of Christmas décor creates a very cozy atmosphere!

Except for its name (yet another example of Ireland giving away its own culture for the sake of tourism), it is a beautiful street with much to do till very late. You will struggle to find seats at bars here, as if you were in temple bar, but you will definitely have some fun and meet some characters.
Beautiful area, but beware of the tours.. they simply didn’t allow us enough time to take in everything in the area
