A wonderful place to visit so many historical artifacts can be found here. When visiting this place I am so recommend to buy a museum card as there are multiple museum's inside Residenzschloss (Dresden castle) and in nearby areas. The museum is situated in the heart of the Dresden also public transport like tram can be used to get there. The Museum is beautiful and you can get a audio device to get to know more details about certain artifacts in audio by simply entering the artifact code Number. A must Visit place in Dresden.
A very large and varied collection of jewelry. The collection of Saxon electors and kings has more than 4,000 unique works of art. In the new halls of the Green Vaults, nearly 1,100 pieces of jewelry are represented, about 3,000 items are on display in historical halls. Due to limited space, the museum’s exposition includes only the most famous and valuable masterpieces of jewelry. The name "Dragon Treasure Cave" would be very suitable for this museum. Although everything looks very beautiful and interesting here, the "green room" itself with its jewels on display is really amazing. Yes, you must see this amazing place. You can take an audio guide in different languages.
