  The clock tower is an element of the beautifully maintained, historic building of the National Bank of Georgia. It is located on the European square and it is difficult to notice. It is beautiful after dark, illuminated. The clock at full time will change the curators. It also indicates the phases of the moon.

  In the architecture of the city, you see plenty of traces of Rome. Buddha is one of those architects. It belongs to a structure that is whole with the city. I can't say it's a separate work of art. The more we get used to the clock towers we have, the more we get, the more we're going to see a clock that fits the architecture of the city.
