Jak wyżej wspomniałem, cmentarz, jest cudowny. Pełno kwiatów i drzew.
As I mentioned above, the cemetery is wonderful. Full of flowers and trees. It is the perfect place to walk on hot days as well as cool autumn afternoons.View original -
more »
I went to Montparnasse Cemetery in the morning, and I think it's probably a nearby person, but there are people who take a walk or rush to work or go to school. A lot of gravestones are lined up in an orderly manner, and a lot of celebrities sleep. This time I visited the grave of Serge Gainsbourg. There were a lot of carnes, and it was an offering named after the lyrics of the song he sang.View original

Such a peaceful and beautiful place to walk around and remember the history and people of Paris in years gone by. Truly quite fascinating to walk through and see the crypts both new and old side by side, an interesting testament to the way Paris has endured as a city with so many eras cohesively blending together.

Beautiful and somewhat chilling. It's amazing that there are whole sections of the cemetery are from within the last decade mixed in with crypts that are much older. A timeless place.
