Cardinal de Richelieu, the prime minister for King Louis XIII, commissioned the construction of the palace surrounding Jardin du Palais Royal in 1629.     May or may not have came here because it was a shooting location in Mission Impossible: Fallout. That doesn't mean it detracts from the beauty and peace found in this garden. Definitely pay this place a visit while in Paris. You won't regret it.
