There is a sea cow, but it was not us. During the day is loads of boats in the Bay and the water is full of snorkelers. Early or late is absolutely the best.

If individual boat tour operator would offer their trip and also still responsible would deal with nature, nothing would be to use. But often 5 or more boots are in this small Bay with day visitors who want to swim or grasp even the turtles to then wild behind the Manatee "compete". Is therefore strongly discouraged by such a tour! Just a new hotel will also be built on this Bay, which is certainly also not conducive to biodiversity!
